Human Natural T Regulatory Cells
CD4+/CD25+/CD127- regulatory T cells (or CD127 dim regulatory T cells) express intracellular transcription factor FoxP3. They are critical to the maintenance of immune cell homeostasis and peripheral tolerance. Regulatory T cells are isolated from leukapheresis product by CD127 depletion and positive selection using CD25 immunomagnetic beads.
