Human Plasma

Plasma is the liquid component of blood in which the blood cells in whole blood are normally suspended. Important elements in plasma include albumin, coagulation factors, fibrinolytic proteins, immunoglobulins, and other proteins. Plasma is separated from peripheral blood by centrifugation. Peripheral blood is collected in our FDA-registered collection centers following cGMP and cGTP collection guidelines from IRB consented healthy human donors. We can utilize any commercially available collection bag or tube with anticoagulant meeting your specifications.
