Human PBMCs

Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) are isolated from leukopaks collected in our FDA-registered collection centers following cGMP and cGTP collection guidelines from IRB consented healthy human donors. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) are purified by a density gradient centrifugation and are available in fresh or cryopreserved format. Apheresis-derived mononuclear cells are highly purified, containing a more pure population of mononuclear cells when compared to buffy coat.
