COVID19 Vaccinated PBMCs

COVID-19 vaccinated PBMCs can be used as a unique research tool to investigate the immune response within our body to understand the deadly pathology of COVID-19 and to examine vaccine efficacy between different population subgroups.

Vaccinated PBMCs are isolated from a leukopak collected from consented healthy donors with no prior COVID-19 infection who have received a Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. The COVID-19 vaccinated PBMCs (time series) are collected at the following time points: prior to COVID-19 vaccination, 10-30 days after the first vaccine administration, 10-30 days after the booster shot (when applicable).
