Human CD34 Depleted PBMCs

A mononuclear cell is any cell that has a single round nucleus; examples of a mononuclear cell are lymphocytes, monocytes, and dendritic cells. The mononuclear cell is a widely used product in research and clinical applications such as in microbiology, virology, oncology, vaccine development, transplant and regenerative biology, and toxicology. CD34 depleted mononuclear cells from mobilized peripheral blood are isolated by depleting the CD34 cells using immunomagnetic anti-CD34 microbeads.
