Human Bone Marrow Plasma

Bone marrow aspirate and cells are drawn from the posterior iliac crest of healthy IRB consented human donors using a syringe containing anticoagulant. Plasma is separated from freshly collected adult human bone marrow after undergoing centrifugation. It is frozen immediately after collection.
