PBMC pellets are made from peripheral blood mononuclear cells isolated and washed within a few hours of blood collection. The cells are centrifuged into a tightly packed pellet, all liquid is removed and the cells are rapidly frozen by immersion in liquid nitrogen.
Cells suitable for protein, DNA or RNA isolation.
250 million cells per vial.
