When stimulated in vitro with CMV lysate antigen, these CD4+ T cells show a specific proliferative response along with secretion of IFN-gamma, IL-5 and IL-13, but not IL-10. A majority of the T cell population are CD45RO+, CD45RA-, CD62L+, CD127+ and CD28+.
Healthy CMV seropositive female non-smoker. She takes Flonase for seasonal allergies. Genotype at FcgRIIIa is F/F
Tyrosinase is a protein involved in melanin synthesis pathway. It is expressed in melanocytes, and both primary and metastatic melanoma cells. This anti-Tyrosinase T cells are CD8+ T cells with specificity to the Tyrosinase (368-376, Asp370) peptide (YMDGTMSQV), restricted by HLA-A*0201.
Donor is 5′ 6″ tall and weighs 230 lbs. She has allergies to sulfa drugs and takes Synthroid for thyroid problem. She is F/F at Fc gamma RIII alpha 158.
This population contains >20% CD8 T cells specific to the WT-1 (Wilm’s Tumor gene product) peptide RMFPNAPYL (aa 126-134) presented by HLA-A*0201. WT-1 protein is overexpressed in leukemia and various solid cancers.
Donor has an allergy to kidney beans and seasonal allergies. She does not take any medications and does not smoke. She has the V/V genotype for FcgRIII alpha
