Tyrosinase is a protein involved in melanin synthesis pathway. It is expressed in melanocytes, and both primary and metastatic melanoma cells. This anti-Tyrosinase T cells are CD8+ T cells with specificity to the Tyrosinase (368-376, Asp370) peptide (YMDGTMSQV), restricted by HLA-A*0201.
Donor is 5′ 6″ tall and weighs 230 lbs. She has allergies to sulfa drugs and takes Synthroid for thyroid problem. She is F/F at Fc gamma RIII alpha 158.
